Job Description:

As a Sales Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing the lead database to ensure our sales team is equipped with a steady stream of potential clients. Your role will be crucial in the initial stages of our sales process, and your ability to identify and nurture leads will directly contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads based on their potential needs and interest level in our window replacement services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between prospects and sales representatives.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation or sales coordination, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High school diploma required.
